Creating a well-functioning team is an art. This training addresses everything about personnel selection, starting from the preparation of an ad to making the final selection. Which selection methods to use with various people, how to communicate with candidates, who should do it, etc. Practising the interview is a significant part of the course.
The training suits everyone who participates in the company’s personnel selection process. Specialists and middle management are usually the ones who need the most support – they should have a say in the selection process. They are often left out since they feel incompetent and the top manager and the personnel manager do all the work.
At the training we share the experience that we use in our everyday work. The program depends on the goals of participants – it may be aimed at the HR department or middle management.
The training can be organized as a lecture, seminar or a two-day program with video feedback, practising the conduction of a recruitment interview.
