The goal of stress-management training is to increase the awareness of self-management possibilities in a stressful work environment and to teach the main methods of coping with stress, including relaxation techniques.
Target group: everyone who has experienced an inability to manage the balance of demanding work and personal life when work is stressful and causes frequent illness or employee departures.
A more detailed training program depends on the nature of the work and the stress factors of participants. We recommend enriching the program with a method suitable for relaxation, for example, relaxing breathing techniques and shindo.
Although it is possible to have a lecture on stress, it is more effective to organize a two-day training.
