BALTIC TRAINING MANAGER
(passenger cars, vans, trucks, and buses)


to support the automotive distribution and retail side in the Baltics on a journey towards building up the high-quality, modern Mercedes-Benz and Daimler products training structure with a high-quality focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating training structure for Baltic states for Mercedes-Benz and Daimler products
  • Comparing the actual training situation in dealerships vs the factory standards on all training subjects
  • Partnering up with Mercedes-Benz, Daimler, and Veho training staff situated in Baltics, Finland, and Sweden
  • Developing long term vision with training, establishing the action plans together with Sales and Aftersales, and following the training KPIs
  • Analyzing market requirements for training, contacting the retail organizations to make sure trainings are correctly filled according to factory standards
  • Ensuring the competence and use of the Daimler training programs, also conducting trainings in the technical and commercial side according to your capabilities and knowledge
  • Creating database-related all aspects of training, invoicing, monitoring systems, and guidance into the field
  • Participating actively in sales events to strongly develop the Mercedes-Benz and Daimler commercial aspects to the training
  • A lot of traveling within Baltics as well Germany and Finland

Desirable experience & qualifications:
  • Higher education or university degree in a technical field, business management or any other applicable field
  • Work experience in a similar role in a big international company and/or in the automotive industry, either in the training, technical or commercial side
  • Good knowledge of how to cooperate with different personas and how to create the best training and customer experience
  • Good computer skills - your main working tool is a computer, and you use Daimler systems; basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 is also needed
  • Very good command of English and Estonian, both spoken and written. A basic understanding of Russian, Latvian, or Lithuanian would be a bonus.
