DECK Marine Systems is a Nordic private company that designs and manufactures Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS), Winches, and Instrument Deployment Units (IDU) for handling subsea vehicles and hydroacoustic instrumentation. The products are exported to European customers in both commercial and naval segments.
Due to increased demand, recently launched development of innovative products, and newly established strategic partnerships in the USA, DECK Marine Systems is looking for a
CONCEPT DESIGN AND CALCULATIONS ENGINEER

The responsibilities in this role include:
- preparing technical documentation
- proposing technical solutions
- preparing price calculations
- opportunity to represent the company at trade fairs
- opportunity to travel to meet company partners
A suitable candidate has:
- a higher education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or production engineering
- at least 5 years of working experience in mechanical engineering design
- experience in preparing bidding documentation is an advantage
- good understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing
- experienced in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- experience in SolidWorks or similar
- good English language skills
