Key responsibilities:
  • Accountable for all sales activities in the HORECA Channel which include Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and related relevant outlets;
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget whilst maintaining profitability when offering incentives/ discounts;
  • Business Development: Find and implement new opportunities  for the sale of Royal Unibrew Eesti products ensuring profitability;
  • Sales Planning: Implement and manage sales strategies to meet the business objectives;
  • Sales Management: Responsible to ensure that proper systems and best practices are implemented in the channel;
  • Team Leadership: Effective management of the sales team  in order to grow the HORECA business.

We invite you to apply if you have:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Higher qualification in any relevant field;
  • 2 years + experience in FMCG sales with good performance records;
  • Very good Key Account Management experience;
  • Distributor Management and Field Sales Management experience will be an advantage;
  • Good team leadership experience, able to inspire, mentor and support a team;
  • Good communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
