To support the sales team in the Baltics, SSAB Special Steels is looking for an

We offer:

The tasks in this role are:
  • Receiving customer/sales calls and emails with order inquiries.
  • Have daily contact with stocks and mills to provide customers and sales information about their order status
  • Managing data in internal systems including registration and tracking of orders, registration of new customers, and claims management
  • Transport arrangements out of stock
  • Local stock control, including handling of stock replenishments
  • Sales of stock articles to existing customers

A suitable candidate has:
  • Motivation and will to grow in the role
  • Good computer skills including experience in using the MS office suite
  • Very good Estonian and English language skills, Russian knowledge is considered an advantage
  • Preferably, higher education in technical, economic, or business administration, or with prior experience in sales
  • High stress tolerance and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Customer service mindset
