eu-LISA welcomes to join their Corporate Service Department in Tallinn, Estonia

SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The main role is to assist the department`s Legal Sector in general day-to-day tasks.

YOUR TASKS ARE:
  • Preparing documents such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings, coordination and management of document flows.
  • Coordinate the flow of work in liaison with other staff members, Units and Departments involved, as well as with external parties.
  • Keeping the agenda, organising and coordinating appointments, meetings for the units and departments.
  • Participating in planning and organisational work.
  • Assist in all planning, execution and monitoring processes related to the Legal Sector.
  • Providing input to financial and other organisation and participation in events and workshops.
  • Supporting in the definition of strategies and policies and implementation thereof.
  • Archiving all documents in an organized fashion and in line with the internal instructions.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • A level of education that corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience after graduation; from which minimum 3 years’ experience in administration.
  • Experience in the field of administrative work, ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • French language knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Legal background will be considered an asset.
