Veho is looking for a

TECHNICAL MANAGER (trucks and buses)

who is working on the distribution side and is responsible for technical support to Baltics retail organizations for Daimler Truck AG products (truck and buses) and contributes to the technical and warranty information sharing within Baltics.

  • Cooperating within Veho organizations in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and with Daimler Truck AG
  • Proceeding and following Daimler's requirements and leading 
  • Supporting Vehos retail organizations related to technical and warranty questions
  • Supporting the development of 24h services
  • Actively participating in Daimler Truck AG product training
  • Supporting information sharing within Baltics related to Veho products
  • Occasionally providing customer support on complicated technical issues (ad hoc)
  • Supporting the control over vehicle diagnostic tools and workshop equipment in retail workshops 
  • Working with Daimler Truck AG systems and programs
  • Occasionally traveling within Baltic’s and mainly to Germany

Desirable experience & qualifications:
  • Polytechnical degree or wide experience working with automotive technology
  • Proven work experience in a similar role or in the automotive technical side
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive technology 
  • Good technical trainer characteristics
  • Good computer skills 
  • Very good command of English and Estonian, both spoken and written. A basic understanding of German and Russian would be a bonus.
